Explanation:
"...will be deemed extended until further notice..."

It means until the authority makes another pronouncement like this one. I don't think you need to use "institution" as it's obviously referring to the same body mentioned at the beginning of the paragraph, i.e., "La Autoridad de Medicamentos XYZ."
