Justamente el otro día preguntaron "glove anesthesia" el otro día en Proz.
Esta es una variante en la que la anestesia/hipoestesia la "siente" el paciente en el pie, pero limitada a la 'zona' del zapato (por eso le llaman 'calcetín bajo').
En caso de ser toda la parte baja de la pierna o pantorrilla + pie se llama "stocking anesthesia" (anestesia en/del calcetín).

of lower limbs" (aquí el paciente presentaba hipoestesia en/del calcetín [pie+pantorrilla] - en el caso que presentas, la hipoestesia vibratoria es solo del pie)
