doesn't matter
This is common modismo in Mexico, but without context, I don't know if it fits. It is used casually to say, "don't worry" or "it doesn't matter". You know, "Oh, I spilled the milk." "No le hace..." (Forget, no big deal).

doesn't make him (or her, or you)
Declined
hace (from "hacer" = to mahe)
no = negative particle
le = to him, to her, to it or even to you, should the more formal treatment "Usted" be used.
Therefore, the suggested translation

No problem / No sweat
Other options, meaning basically the same. It all depends on the context of the sign.

who cares!
This is a phrase widely use. Depending what is the intention of your sign, where is the location and what do they mean by "no le hace'.
