Spanish term or phrase: "Entredós" - Lace between two pieces of fabric
I'm looking for the translation of the term "entredós" into English. I've considered "interlacing" and "lace border" but that doesn't seem to bring up the right garments. See attached images for reference. The term describes the lace or stitching on the waist acting as a bridge between two other pieces of fabric. The term itself doesn't even seem to be very common in Spanish.

(Images are not from my project and is taken from a random online source)

Entredeux/insertion lace

Explanation:
The French term is also used in English:
Entredeux means “between two” in French. It is a narrow strip of batiste with tiny square holes down the center of the strip. I love to use it between two seams and when joining lace to fabric. Gives the dainty vintage effect I love!

Entreduex is a word of French origin and it means “between two.” The most common use of Entreduex is to join together two pieces of lightweight fabric with a piece of lace. Another way of using Entreduex is combining two ribbons together with a piece of lace.

Entredeux, or insertion lace is sewn between two pieces of fabric, often in heirloom sewing.

neutral  Althea Draper: Although entredeux is correct, it seems to be used more by fabric manufacturers and in sewing guides rather than in clothing descriptions for fashion outlets
