In the syllabus for a nursing degree. What is the diffierent between "högskolpoäng" and "poäng" in the line below

Avslutade kurser om 1-60 högskolpoäng (1-40 poäng) i omvårdnad samt avslutad Vetenskaplig grundkurs, 7,5 hp (5 poäng) eller motsvarande.

Just "credits" should work fine in this context.

You can add "Swedish" and "higher education" (or "academic" or "university") if the context requires it, e.g. thus: "Swedish higher education credits".
