Съпрузите са постигнали писмено споразумение по чл.51 от СК, с което уреждат всички лични и имуществени отношения помежду си. При личното си явяване пред съда заявяват категоричното си и твърдо намерение да се разведат и поддържат представеното споразумение. От волеизявленията им, направени непосредствено в съдебното заседание, съдът намира, че желанието им за разтрогване на брачната връзка е сериозно и непоколебимо.
БРС приема, че така представеното споразумение урежда изцяло последиците от прекратяване на брака в съответствие с изискванията на чл.51 от СК. Същото не противоречи на закона и на добрите нрави. Предвид това съдът счита, че следва да допусне развода и да утвърди постигнатото споразумение.

The proceedings is deemed as protective pursuant to the provisions of art.330 of the Civil Procedure Court.

The petitioners have reached a written agreement upon art.51 of the Family Code through which they settle all their personal and property relations. When they personally attended the court hearing they declared their firm and indisputable intentions to dissolve their marriage and confirmed that they approved the presented agreement. From their wills expressed directly at the hearing the court found out that their intention to dissolve their marriage was serious and concluding.
The Regional Court of B has accepted that the agreement presented to the court fully settles the consequences that will arise from the dissolution of the marriage pursuant to the provisions of art.51 of the Family Code. The latter does not oppose the applicable law and the good manners. Having regarded to the above the Court finds out it must allow the divorce and ratify the agreement they have reached.
