If you're having trouble playing BPR on the web, your first solution should be making sure Unity is installed correctly and isn't being blocked. You can find general-purpose Unity troubleshooting here).
Make sure to try playing again after each step to see if it's resolved your issue:
First step, of course, refresh the page
Try restarting the level through the pause menu
Make sure your browser is up-to-date. Here are a few guides for common browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera
Double-check that you've properly installed the Unity web player (for non-Chrome players)
If refreshing the page doesn't work, refresh your browser's cache. Don't worry, this won't affect your game data
If all else fails, please send us a ticket with the following information. We may not be able to help you directly, but gathering these reports will help us pinpoint and resolve issues:
Brief description of the issue (where it happens and, if possible, what you're doing when it happens)
Browser on which you're encountering the issue
Confirmation that your browser is up-to-date and Unity web player is installed
