Hi all, I am a new translator and would like to try MT and chose one that is suitable for me. I translate Arabic into French. So far, i tried Google and Microsoft but it is not very good. Google is a little bit better than Microsoft. I made some research, but it is very difficult to find MT for Arabic-French. Most of the MT translate from Arabic to English but not to French... Hi Suzanne, Cimos won the 3rd place LangTech2003 award for their semantic MT approach for their Arabic MT engine. I interviewed them at the LangTech2003 conference.
