Where do I find the information needed to submit a wire transfer payment for membership?

Hello everybody

I logged in the site and went to http://www.proz.com/join.
I clicked on the downward arrow to display the membership options and selected the "one year (one time payment)" option.
I click on "purchase" and then selected "wire transfer".
The information window was displayed.
I logged to my bank account and selected wire transfer.

I logged to my bank account and selected wire transfer.
I cannot realize wire transfer, because I do not know which informations should be used on wire transfer menu of my e-account.
I must fill in those items:
1. Receiver's account number.
2. Receiver's name and address.
3. Receiver's bank.
4. Title of transfer.
5. Instructions.
Please help me.

Information available in step 3: Invoice/Confirm Jun 5, 2009

Hello Slawomir,

The information you need to make your wire or bank transfer will be provided to you in step 3 in the payment form when selecting Wire Transfer as payment method.

Just note that only transfers in USD are being accepted for the time being and that your purchase will be processed after we receive the transferred funds, which can take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the banks involved.
