Is there a way to link this data to my Excel sheets where I sum up the payments, penalties, due dates and everything else? This would save me a lot of time.

It's too bad that the Invoicing feature does not take into account local tax rates such as TVA in France (20,6% for translators by the way) or am I missing something?
I would just send the Proz.com invoice to clients, and then data would be transfered to my Excel sheet.

Hello Alexandre and just in case: the VAT rate for translation services in France is 19.6%.

Yes Laurent Kruland...My fault..That's what I read on my URSSAF paper last day. 18% something for social contributions and around 2% as tax...
