mit einem Postschalter / einer Poststelle

Oder 'Postannahmestelle', wobei allerdings nicht nur Post angenommen wird, sondern auch andere Postdienstleistungen angeboten werden.

'Postagentur' klingt mir irgendwie zu modern - im Prinzip ist es aber genau das.

Postschalter

I believe that a "Postfiliale" in German is actually larger than what is intended in the English text. "Filialen" have a certain size and would usually not be part of a private home. I vote for "Postschalter" instead. which correlates with the post office being under the roof of a private home.
