English to Serbo-Croat Bus/Financial IT (Information Technology)

The General Manager shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

Build team and processes to effectively manage and deliver remotely sourced business.

• Develop and grow relationships in Europe to build local and near-shore business including engaging directly with prospects, customers and IBM field sales teams to sell and fulfill IBM software with Ascendant Services.
• Participate in key recruiting activities for new employees in consulting roles at Ascendant.
