(Key) Contributors to Success

I like the word "contributors" here because it could be taken to mean both the people who were successful, as well as the factors / drivers / determinants which brought about their success.

Plus, translating "porteur" => "contributor" gives a vague echo of "apporter sa pierre au à l'édifice" => "to make one's contribution".

Very nice, Scott thank you. I have been beating my brains around "achievers" and even "catalysts", tearing the thesaurus to bits...

Partners for Success

It seems "success" is an important buzzword for your client!

A "Partners for Success" scheme.
Note from asker:
Scary isn't it! it sounds like a rather divisive approach to management. Thank you S

Keys to Success

As the name of a special initiative, you can play around with it to make something that sounds nice in English, rather than a literal rendering.

The logic behind my suggestion: the "Keys to Success" initiative which recognises individuals and teams who have found the 'keys to success' with their amazing work blah blah....
Note from asker:
Yes. Thank you, Philippa. What I found was that it was relatively OK getting the feel of it but another problem entirely putting words to it

Agents of success

employees to become agents of change and agents of success.

Note from asker:
That's really very good,C. I'm going for "key contributors" because it is in a work/team context as much as individual. But that's much better than mine
