French to English

Medical (general)
I am translating an operative report for a laparoscopic myomectomy. The above phrase is used to describe the type of incision. It will probably take an OR nurse for this one.
Any help appreciated.

: good suggestion - "ligature des trompes" was my next suggestion had my questions been answered/of course in a laparoscopic procedure there are at least 2 incisions. A bit of context would have helped... but we are SO worried about confidentiality ;-)

It is Senegal.Jessie
I am reluctant to post the country for confidentiality reasons.
t is not an English speaking country
Its the abdomen. Myomas are located in the utrus.
But it is sometimes done laparoscopically.

What format is source document? Handwritten, OCR? Risk of typo? Transcription error?
IMO there's a fait chance that it is an English acronym with LT being low transverse (incision) - but not sure how the rest fits in. It's certainly not a standard acronym - which makes me think it's either an in-house term or an error.
