3.2.3.в любое время до момента реализации Имущества прекратить обращение взыскания на заложенное имущество посредством исполнения обеспеченного залогом обязательства;

3.2.3. to terminate recovery proceedings against the pledged property through fulfillment of the obligations secured by the pledge at any time before the disposal of the Property;

In the same document before the translator translated обращение взыскания with "seizure of", which I think gives the right idea or content.
