Spanish term

a fin de acordar lo que en su caso procediera

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Joint Statement of Understanding
El contexto es el siguiente: "las partes de la presente decalración deberán entrar en contacto con la suficente antelación a fin de acordar lo que en su caso procediera"

Mi intento de traducción es este: "the parties of this Joint of Understanding shall contact each other, upon reasonable prior notice in order to agree ..."
al final me pierdo a la hora de expresarlo gramaticalmente en inglés ¿podrían ayudarme?Gracias.

so they can come to a proper agreement therein

Recomiendo:
Las partes de la presente decalración deberán entrar en contacto con la suficente antelación a fin de acordar lo que en su caso procediera = The parties to this statement must meet with sufficient notice so they can come to a proper agreement therein

to reach an agreement on the appropriate action

I took tha last segment from the expression: "asses the situation and take the appropiate action", taht is " evaluar la situación y tomar las medidas pertinentes (o que procedan).
