I'm not sure what the UK banking equivalent of this would be? And whether the US Banking equivalent would differ?

@ Dr Lofthouse I hope you made that "color code/colour code"; I don't see how 'coded' could work in this context.

http://www.google.nl/imgres?q=color coding bank statement&hl...

Gebr. may be for "gebruiker", which means" user"
Kleurgebr. = Color user...

color/colour coded

'Code' is actually freekfluweel's suggestion, I just add 'coded' as another possible variant.
Note from asker:
One of the links was for the actual bank I was working for - the numbers refer to the 'colour codes' ( ie which colours to use when printing documents for this brand):
..so I think 'colour codes' was the best translation to use in this context.
Peer comment(s):

neutral sindy cremer : post-grading: 'coded' doesn't make sense.//It does state the specific colour codes: 165 and 281.

'Coded' could be used to state that it has got a colour code. In other words if the 'kleurgebruik' implies that there is a colour code but it doesn't state the specific code used.

Kleurgebr. = Color user...or color use

You have to check if that makes sense in this context.

color (usage)
