I'm translating software for a company that manufactures various types of beverages. One of the options relates to "Umdrückaufträge".
I've found a good explanation of the process here in German (http://www.besser-bier-brauen.de/selber-bier-brauen/brauanle... but I'm at a loss for the correct term in English.
I did think of "decanting", but that doesn't get across the idea of this being done under pressure.
