2) “(podría) reiniciarse a valor nulo”
3) “(podría) reiniciarse a blanco”

According to see for the voting of the other proposal, I would like to return to my first explanation. In the context of software, we cannot say that “null” is “zero”. This is serious mistake.

And my reference of the Computer User’s Dictionary of QUE is very clear:
“a null value doesn’t affect computations, but a zero does.”

In software “null” is translated as “valor nulo” or “blanco”. You translate “null” as “zero” is because he/she never worked as software programmer and think that “apples” are the same of “oranges”.

Internally, in the computer the binary configuration of “null” (nulo, blanco) is very different to “zero” (cero). To mix both, could produce serious technical problems.
