English to French Bus/Financial Finance (general) dans un contrat
Following the receipt by the Company of the Sub-Contractors activity from the Client, The Company shall prepare the Client Invoice and present it to the Client within 3 Working Days. This invoice shall include the Company’s Remuneration for Service and, unless separately agreed and accompanied by an intra community VAT number, VAT. The Client agrees to pay this invoice upon receipt. The Company hereby warrants that it shall endeavour to pay each of its Sub-Contractors within 48 hours (two business days) of the cleared receipt of the total amount invoiced to the Client. Such monies may be paid to the Sub Contractor by Cheque, or via direct transfer to the Sub Contractor’s nominated bank account.

Pour moi, c'est cleared = (of a cheque) to pass through one's bank and be charged against one's account = compensé. Malheureusement, c'est un terme peu "parlant". Peut-être quelque chose comme "... paiement entièrement libéré du montant total facturé..."
