Feb 13, 2015 19:39: Nikki Scott-Despaigne changed "Level" from "PRO" to "Non-PRO"
PRO (2): Yolanda Broad, Steffen Walter
Non-PRO (3): Yvonne Gallagher, Francis Marche, Nikki Scott-Despaigne
When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: With turn-up. (P.S. The link shows the type of garment). "Brim" is for a hat with a stiff brim (felt, wool etc) and this is a jersey-knit fabric. Same type of baby hat as in previous question, same manufacturer, same question = same solution?

With folded cuff
Here is a very similar knotted baby beanie from a popular US retailer
http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=1014089&vid=1&pid=5...
They describe it this way:
Softest certified organic brushed cotton.
Double-lined to protect baby's head and provide warmth.
Knot at top.
**Folded cuff.**
Allover stripes.

Or, since your image shows the cuff unfolded, perhaps you could also say "with folding cuff."
Discussion
This is the same type of hat as previously. The solution has to be consistent with whatever choice you make for the ther hat. Marèse has used the tsame term for the same description for the same type of article; I think you should too. ;-)
