Not clear if this is referring to a donor-donee of a conveyance or of tax. Perhaps, in Hungarian, an active/giving vs. passive/receiving party will do the trick...

unser the SUJEITO(S) ATIVO(S): is the name of the person who PURCHASED the land and below is, under the SUJEITO(S) PASSIVO(S): the name of a person who SOLD the land why the buyer is the transferor? |
