Spanish term
GIII-PI-CI-AO
Spanish to English
Medical
Medical (general)
Obstetrics
This series of abbreviations appears in the medical record of a pregnant woman. I know GIII stands for "tertigravida" (third pregnancy) and the abbreviations are followed by more medical background information, such as last menstrual period and information about previous births.

I took this from a glossary prepared by Michael Blumenthal for a seminar on Translation of the physical examination
"GV PIV AI CII translates into five gestaciones, gravida, pregnancies; four
partos, para, deliveries or births; one aborto abortion; and two cesáreas
cesarean sections | CS. The numbers may be written in either Arabic or
Roman numerals and periods may be used after the letters"
I guess the difference comes from miscarriages

I don't know if you use the respective abbreviations in English and while checking, I found this:
