The sentence in question is:
Ich, der unterzeichnende (name), bin alleiniger Eigentuemer des Hauses (address), und der dazu gehoerenden Eigentuemer nebst Bargeld und Wertpapiere.
I have translated as:
I, the undersigned, (name), am the sole owner of the house at (address), and the inherent owner, together with cash and securities.
However, I am not at all sure about this and could well be wrong. Is it clear to anyone else please?

: Agree. The second 'Eigentümer' is not 'owner' but the (wrong) plural of 'Eigentum' (should be Eigentume; very rare so easy mistake to make): Ich bin Eigentümer des Hauses und der zum Haus gehörenden Eigentume nebst Bargeld und Wertpapiere.
