satisfied
"Reivindicados" is used here with the meaning of "acknowledged to be right".
An example of a similar use:
Si salimos de la tradicional historia de la cinefilia española, de sus revistas y de sus críticos reivindicados, nos encontramos con un fructífero panorama

I believe "satisfied fans" is a good option in the context.

whose support has been rewarded
I think you have to rephrase this one to sound more natural. In this context, "reinvidicados" means "vindicated" or "justified" (the fans are right to adore, the prize proves that). You can rephrase it in any number of ways, this is just one option: "...the happiness of his millions of fans, whose support has been rewarded"; "the jubilation of legions of fans, to see him receive official recognition", etc.

español term (edited):
y con la alegría de sus millones de fans reivindicados.
and by reinvidicating millions of his elated fans.
I think that certain adjustments need to be made in order to naturally transmit the intended meaning.

This is about Bob Dylan. I'm not sure why it says "claimed", which I take to be the meaning, because he does have millions of fans.
