"Clinical Collaborator" sounds like Spanglish to me.
If there is really no equivalent, perhaps it must be left in Spanish.
These are specific ranks/positions, not just descriptions. The exactness of the term is key.

The literal translation may sound like Spanglish, but it gets several thousand hits, and I can't think of anything more convincing right now...
Example sentence:
If the project includes work with patients please ensure a letter of written support is supplied from a clinical collaborator.
Once accepted, the clinical collaborator logged off and the robot added the record to the file for immediate analysis.

Most of the references I can find to this term are about the University of Navarra, which is a private university hospital.
