English to French Bus/Financial Management Formation eu égard à la négociation

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Dans le cadre d'une formation eu égard à la négociation et au partage d'informations concernant les clients et les concurrents, je cherche la traduction adéquate de « swap response ».

Faudrait-il conserver le mot « swap » en anglais ou, au contraire, le traduire et si oui, comment ?

Contexte :

"When you create your plan identify the information the customer will want to know and when the best time to provide it during the negotiation.
Use a ***swap*** if you are willing to give up information in order to get something in exchange.
A ***swap*** is about protecting information and leveraging information at the right time.

A ***swap response*** could be:
“I may be willing to share that information with you but only if you’re willing to share with me your budget numbers from inside your organization.”"
