I don't think you need to translate "che Lei fa" and "nei nostri confronti", as it goes without saying.
"This does/will not constitute acceptance of your order, which is simply an offer to buy one or more products."
I also don't feel you need to translate " resta inteso che", but if you do, you can't say "it being understood", as this is not a complete sentence. "It is agreed/understood".
