Creo que es necesario recurrir a una paráfrasis ya que no encuentro un adjetivo en español que tenga el mismo significado que 'dietary' en inglés en ese contexto. En inglés distinguen entre dietetic (dietético o de régimen, para expresar relación con una dieta o régimen especial de comidas; y dietary (alimenticio, nutritivo o alimentario, para expresar relación con la alimentación o con la nutrición; segunda acepción del inglés diet).

Quizá con un poco más de contexto sería más fácil de deducir, pero yo entiendo que comparan los resultados de las mediciones entre grupos que no han recibido la misma alimentación.

: Plus I agree with Paola; anything more succinct like "grupos nutricionales/alimentarios" would probably be confused with the groups in the food pyramid. Saluditos Nathalie ;@)

I thought it may refer to these groups. In that case groups are not groups of patients or people but 5 groups already set in Nutrition.
