Hi all,
I came across the term in the Evolución section of the report:
Percibe movimientos fetales
Buen control de gestación HSE.
I'd be grateful for your input!
It was issued in a Spanish hospital and the target audience is UK.
Many thanks,
Nisah

historia de salud electrónica > electronic health record (EHR)
Also known as electronic medical record (EMR).
I think this is probably it. Electronic health records not only allow healthcare professionals to share information easily, and therefore to monitor the pregnancy efficiently, but also allow the patient to consult her reports, records, appointments, etc.

: I'm not sure this fits the context. What would "Buen control de gestación HSE" mean?

Good monitoring of gestation through/thanks to EHR

Robert Carter
: "[according to] EHR" seems more likely.

Thanks, Robert. You may well be right about that.

: I think it's unlikely to refer to the UK Health and Safety Executive in the context of a Spanish hospital report on a pregnant woman.
