I am trying to find the right term for 'drop-in' in this context:
"Expanding markets - Automated underwriting helps the industry serve more borrowers. For instance, in the refinance boom of 2001-03, the industry processed three times the volume that occurred during the last refinance market of the early 1990s, even though the drop-in rates were comparable in both periods. The big difference was the use of automated underwriting in 2001-03".
