English to Spanish Bus/Financial Computers (general) uploading forms online
I'm tending toward: "Fue aceptado (o recibido) su formulario" or "Ya se subió el documento."

Is there a set way to say this?

El formulario se envió correctamente

Without knowing what is being uploaded to the form, I think the safest translation is the one I'm proposing.

The possessive is not really necessary.

Su formulario se ha enviado correctamente

Form could be a form, a message, a document... Without more context, I will assume it refers to an actual form ("formulario").

According to Microsoft, the verb would be translated as "se envió" instead of "se ha enviado", but both are valid.

El formulario ha sido enviado correctamente

It seems this kind of wording gets the largest number of Google hits.
It also works well both for a Spanish and a Latin American audience.
Please note that the possessive adjective in the English version needs not be translated literally. We would use the definite article instead.
