My first thought was that it was a Typo or a mistake: Orthrop + Tropen = orthotopic.
Anyway the sense of the phrase “Orthotope Tropen einliegende Harnblasenkatheter” would be , according to the sense of the text, “catheter orthotopically enclosed in the bladder”
Tropen means tropics in English (geography).
The neologism (conotation) can be accepted or not.
