actos jurídico obligacionales

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Estatutos
Hola

estoy traduciendo unos estatutos y dentro del apartado "Competencia del Consejo de Administración", aparece el siguiente texto:
B) De dominio y obligación. Realizar los siguientes actos de dominio y jurídico obligacionales:
Realizar toda clase de actos de riguroso dominio, disposición y administración con cualquier clase de personas físicas o jurídicas...

Se me ocurre que podría referirse a "legan and binding acts" o algo así. ¿Alguna otra propuesta?
Muchas gracias

Spanish term (edited): actos jurídico obligacional

contractually binding legal dealing

I agree with half of the asker's idea of *legal* and binding acts : obligacional cf. 'schuldrechtlich' in DEU - connoting rather producing effects in the law of 'obligations' combining now in Anglo-Irish law both contract and tort , though there is a difference with 'obligatorio' - see the IATE example sentence translating the latter as plain binding.

PS beware of trouble-makers trying to downgrade the question to Non-Pro.
Example sentence:

IATE: es acto que no produce efectos jurídicos obligatorios COM en measure not having binding legal effects COM

A properly appointed director will generally have at least implied authority to sign a contract on behalf of a company so long as the contract relates to the company's ordinary course of business.

Note from asker:
Thank you, Adrian. I have also come to "of contractual liability" for "obligacionales", which is very similar to your proposal. Excellent. Thanks!
