'Flat five' indica la quinta disminuida. Se sobreentiende que la quinta del acorde es disminuida si decimos 'II disminuido'.
En español, decimos primero el grado, es decir, I, II, III, etc., que se escribe en romanos.
Y después decimos el modo (mayor, menor...) y las extensiones (séptimas, novenas, etc.).

: Según tu traducción la tercera sería menor, pero la frase en inglés indica que la tercera es mayor.

If that is so, you would leave them as Roman numerals, use the female “la” article in front and place them towards the beginning, e.g., la #IV doble disminuida.
