This seems to be a swab that is fixed to a cap that then seal a vial. So the cap is the swab "handle" that you hold AND use to seal the vial with.

If we look at the EN term it´s not anymore advanced that that: "capped". Perhaps there is a specific SE term, but I haven´t been able to find it.

I´m not a medical translator, so Im not sure about what you write for "medical grade", but I assume it´s "medicinsk kvalitet".

I think you can safely get away with writing:

Att det står "medical grade" (om det är en medicinsk text i övrigt) är lite märkligt eftersom det borde vara underförstått. Bara "medicinsk" borde också fungera (medicinsk provpinne med lock)
