(4) In the event of discontinuance or other determination of this Guarantee as a continuing security for whatsoever reason, this Guarantee shall extend to:
(A) All liabilities, actual or contingent, of the Principal to the Bank at the date of discontinuance or other determination of this Guarantee as a continuing security;
(B) the amounts of all cheques, orders or drafts signed, bills accepted, promissory notes made and negotiable instruments drawn for the account of the Principal on the Bank or its agent(s) and purporting to be dated on or before such date even though presented at a later date;
(C) any monies advanced by the Bank to the Principal or liabilities incurred by the Principal to the Bank after the date of discontinuance or other determination whether certain or contingent and whether payable forthwith or at some future time or times and also all credits then established by the Bank for the Principal in either case pursuant to an obligation or commitment of the Bank entered into prior to the date of discontinuance; and
(D) Any of such actual costs, charges and expenses as is referred to in Clause 2(2) above and which shall be incurred after the date of discontinuance or other determination.
