In case that any amount owed hereunder, shall not have been paid pursuant to Article 2.2 hereof on the due date for any reason whatsoever, then the Guarantor shall pay to the Lender overdue interest according to Article 4.03 of the Commercial Loan Agreement, calculated from the due date of such overdue amount until the date of crediting of such overdue payment in the same way as described in Article 2.2 hereof.
