agree Petja Mladenova : or why not even objectivity.... a real simple 1 to 1 translation into English, maybe not even for PRO

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Спасибо всем! Мне кажется, impartiality тут подходит немного лучше, чем objectivity. Жто именно то, что имеетсч в виду."

the independence and objectivity of the auditor

Depending on the context, it might be better to rephrase the sentence and turn these into adjectives, e.g. "to ensure that the auditor is independent and objective".

auditor's independence and objectivity

Если контекст не требует каких-то изменений, то других вариантов здесь не так уж и много. Исходя из Ваших предпочтений, можно перестваить слова местами: The independence and objectivity of the auditor

вариант "impartiality" больше соответствует русскому "непредвзятость", хотя разница, пожалуй, и не большая.

the objectivity and the non-committing stance of the listener

'Independence' sounds rather vague to me since the word is used in a wide variety of contexts; 'non-committing' would I think be a more precise description of what is meant here. I put 'objectivity' first since where a number (here: two) of terms are enumerated putting the single word first sounds more natural than the other way around. 'Auditor' makes me think of a person in a lecture hall whereas what is meant here seems to be simply being on the receiving end of an utterance of the spoken word.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Jennifer Guernsey : I interpret "auditor" here in the financial sense, i.e. the person who reviews a company's books and accounting practices
