Thank you, Ilan, I see the point. My suggestion was based on the fact that there is a criminal case against an XXX, in which arrest is taken as a measure. I believe you are right though, since this is indeed not a common practice to protect someone's interest.

arrest warrant for person? Theoretically possible but not a very efficient way of ensuring compensation, unless the judge wants to sell the accused into slavery I suppose. More efficient to impound their car or freeze their accounts...

Absolutely not. arrest warrant is a common term in criminal law. Same as property interets, not property-related claims (see US Ammendments) https://books.google.com/books?id=Rq5jg9yWTzoC&pg=PA540&lpg=...
disagree Ilan Rubin (X) : Arrest warrant is applied to people. Never heard of it being used for property and your example is about people. And in English the word is 'freeze' normally

I was assuming that arrest warrant is used against XXX, being a person or entity. MAybe there should be more context provided, here it does not say there is lien placed, there is XXX to be arrested. Or do I get it wrong?
