I find this precise sequence, with Nefrología following, in an Excel file. See Hoja 1, rows 10, 39, 40, 82, 122. etc.

The name of this file, journal.pone.0165711, shows that it is associated with the following article:

It is a clinical study of patients at the Hospital Universitario Miguel Servet in Zaragoza

If we look up the Servicio de Nefrología at this hospital, we find the following:
"El Servicio de Nefrología (SN) del Hospital Universitario “Miguel Servet” (HUMS), se encuentra ubicado en el edificio del Hospital General, en la Planta 6ª B."

Clearly, the logical order should be "H.G.PL.06 B", with PL and G the other way round. And if you look at the Excel file, there are other abbreviations that begin "H.G.PLTA". I can't explain why it is this way round, but I think it must mean what I've indicated, because that is where the Nephrology Department is in this hospital.
