I am a Brazil-based British translator working with Spanish, Portuguese (European and Brazilian) and English. I only translate into my native language to ensure all work is of the highest standard. I will also only take a job if I am certain that I can deliver an excellent translation, before the agreed deadline.

I studied at the University of Nottingham in the UK, where I graduated with a 2:1 in BA Hispanic Studies & History, which included Spanish and Portuguese language modules, Hispanic and Latin American literature and Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American political history. I would be delighted to work on translations on any of these areas as I consider them as topics of personal interest to me.

I have been translating Portuguese and Spanish into English for over three years now, as a free-lancer as well as in-house. In that time I have translated all kinds of areas including, but not limited to, academic papers, architecture, art and literature, business and finance, CVs and certificates, education, fashion, gastronomy, general correspondence, geography, government and politics, history, human resources, international relations, IT, journalism, legal, marketing and PR, medical, music, oil and gas, sport and technical texts and manuals.
