Q: What if the WIPMacro icon does not appear in the Internet Explorer toolbar?
A: If you have previously customized your Internet Explorer toolbar, the new WIPMacro icon does not appear by default. You need to add it to the Internet Explorer toolbar manually:
1. To add the icon, open your Internet Explorer and in the menu select View > Toolbars> Customize
2. Select the WIPMacro icon from the list of "Available Toolbar Buttons" and add it.
3. Done! The icon appears in the toolbar.

Virgin Gold will launch a new module of Beneficiary Bank Registration and Credit Withdrawal at the end of this month. Approval for Beneficiary Bank Registration in many countries will be automated (within 48 hours). Specific banks will be designated in many countries for Credit Withdrawal to facilitate and cut down on processing time by our payment providers.
We would also like to inform shareholders that due to Eid al-Fitr (Eid Mubarak) Celebration in Muslim countries around the world this weekend, there will be an estimated one week delay in processing credit withdrawal request from the Middle Eastern, some South East Asian and African countries. We are confident that all these withdrawal will be fully processed by the end of the month.
