Bio
I have finished my bachelor degree in Japanese Studies at Sofia University "St. Climent Ohridski" in 2006. In the period 2004-2005, I studied at the University of Tsukuba in Japan with a scholarship from MEXT (the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan). My studies at Tsukuba University involved various courses in Japanese Language and Culture.

In high school I received intensive English training and since then I have had many opportunities for translating/interpreting to and from English. This has been very rewarding, since the translation/interpreting job brings one in touch with various subjects and people.

I have translated to and from Japanese occasionally for translation agencies, and I have also worked as a tourist guide, which involved some interpreting. I have worked for 2 years for the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Projects at the Embassy of Japan, which also involved translation/interpreting to and from Japanese on various occasions.
