Iberned dispone de un nuevo y avanzado sistema de Fog basado en la unión de agua y aire presurizados en una instalación en paralelo destinados a los diferentes usos descritos más abajos.
La boquilla de presión FICFOG trabaja con la mezcla de aire (presurizado en un rango entre 1 y 2,5 bares) y líquido (presurizado entre 2 y 6 bares)
A continuación se describen las principales ventajas del sistema de alta presión FICFOG:
1. El sistema FICFOG puede ser utilizado tanto para Sistemas automatizados de Humidificación, como para Sistemas de aplicación fitosanitaria (Cualquier producto que se pueda disolver en agua).
2. Bajo Mantenimiento del sistema aparte de una seguridad total contra atascos de la boquilla, incluso tras el uso del producto usado como tratamiento. Esto se consigue gracias a los diámetros del orificio de la boquilla. 0,8 ó 1mm.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: El orificio externo de la boquilla FICFOG tiene una sección de hasta 16 veces la sección de una boquilla de alta presión de 0,2mm de orificio externo.
3. Rociado de hasta una distancia de 8 metros, resultando una mejor y más rápida homogeneización del producto en el invernadero.
4. Ahorro en costes de mano de obra gracias al doble uso del Sistema, Humidificación y Aplicación de Tratamientos.
5. Incremento del rendimiento y productividad gracias al uso de un sistema automatizado y por lo tanto económico de aplicación de tratamientos.
6. El caudal y tamaño de la gota proporcionado por la Boquilla difusora FICFOG puede ser ajustado simplemente regulando la presión del líquido en la bomba principal.
7. Las boquillas difusoras han sido fabricadas con un material polímero de alta calidad, con el fin de resistir cualquier ataque químico además de altas temperaturas.
8. En combinación con un buen controlador de clima, el sistema permitirá una sencilla adaptación para los distintos usos que se le puedan dar. Control de la humedad ambiente con o sin sectorización en función de la temperatura, humedad relativa y/o la radiación solar. Control sobre tratamientos de uno o varios sectores sucesivos.

English to Russian: Investment Procedure
Source text - English PROCEDURE
Of the realization of the Investment Сontract
For the purpose of realization of the investments to be solved by the Investor through the Organizer, both the Parties get agreement and initial the present Procedure in conformity with the following:
1. The Organizer grants to the Investor for coordination and signing the prepared project of the Protocol of intention.
2. In a 5 (Five) banking days after signing the Protocol of intention the Investor grants to the Organizer the bank’s confirmation of the funds that the Investor has for the first tranche in one of the coordinated forms:
2.1 The bank’s confirmation according to the enclosed sample, transmitted by inter-bank’s channel into the bank of the Organizer.
3. For issue of the Decree of the Government of the RF in respect to the mentioned deal both the Parties grant:
3.1. the Protocol of intention signed by the Parties;
3.2. the confirmation of the Investor’s bank the funds that the Investor has for the first tranche received by the Bank of the Organizer by inter-bank’s means of communication:
3.3. the schedule for tranches;
3.4. the list of investment programs;
3.5. the approximate schedule for the investment of the declared programs (schedule of funds to be invested);
3.6. the registration documents of the Investor’s firm;
3.7. in the case of necessity the Investor grants a separate letter with his desires comparatively to the fulfilling deal.
4. In a 5 (five) days after giving the documents declared in point 3 the Organizer provides issuing of the Decree of the Government of the RF comparatively to the declared deal.
5. After issue of the Decree of the Government of the RF mentioned above, where as a part, the Administrator of the deal is to be determined, the Investor and the Administrator grant to each other their authorities, coordinate and sign the Investment Contract (further Contract).
6. After signing the Contract the bank of the Administrator and the bank of the Investor exchange confirmations to each other about the abilities of their clients to fulfill the mentioned Contract completely.
7. The Investor opens the ruble’s account in Russian Bank , of its choice .
8. The Investor and the Administrator set instructions to their banks to exchange the information to each other to start the fulfillment of the Contract in accordance to the schedule of the tranches.
9. After exchange of the mentioned information and in accordance with the schedule of tranches established by the Parties, the Administrator transfers to the ruble’s account of the Investor in the Russian Bank the Russian rubles at the amount equal to the first tranche.
10. The Bank confirmation towards transfer to his account the Russian rubles been received, the Investor transfers to the dollar’s account of the Administrator indicated to him dollars of the USA at the sum of the first tranche.
11. All the following tranches are to be fulfilled according to the Contract.
P.S. The Investor prepares thr documents for opening the ruble’s account in the Bank established by the Decree of the Government of the RF (the list of the documents is appended).

Реализации Инвестиционного Контракта
В целях реализации инвестиций Инвестором через Организатора обе Стороны согласовывают и парафируют настоящую Процедуру, в соответствии с которой:
1. Организатор предоставляет Инвестору для координации и подписания подготовленный проект Протокола о намерениях.
2. В течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней после подписания Протокола о намерениях Инвестор предоставляет Организатору банковское подтверждение о наличии у Инвестора денежных средств для первого транша в одной из следующих согласованных форм:
2.1. Банковское подтверждение по прилагаемому образцу, переданное по межбанковскому каналу в банк Организатора.
3. Для выпуска Постановления Правительства РФ относительно указанной сделки Стороны предоставляют:
3.1. подписанный Сторонами Протокол о намерениях;
3.2. полученное банком Организатора по межбанковской системе связи подтверждение от банка Инвестора о наличии у Инвестора денежных средств для первого транша;
3.3. график траншей;
3.4. перечень инвестиционных программ;
3.5. примерный график инвестирования заявленных программ (график инвестирования денежных средств);
3.6. уставные документы фирмы-Инвестора;
3.7. в случае необходимости Инвестор предоставляет отдельное письмо, в котором высказывает свои пожелания относительно осуществляемой сделки.
4. В течение 5 (пяти) дней со дня предоставления указанных в п.3 документов Организатор обеспечивает выпуск Постановления Правительства РФ относительно указанной сделки.
5. После выпуска указанного Постановления Правительства РФ, в котором, в частности, определяется Администратор сделки, Инвестор и Администратор предъявляют друг другу свои полномочия, согласовывают и подписывают Инвестиционный контракт (далее Контракт).
6. После подписания Контракта банк Администратора и банк Инвестора обмениваются подтверждениями о способности их клиентов выполнить указанный Контракт в полном объеме.
7. Инвестор открывает рублевый счет в Российском банке по своему выбору.
8. Инвестор и Администратор дают указания своим банкам обменяться информацией о готовности приступить к выполнению Контракта в соответствии с графиком траншей.
9. После обмена указанной информацией и в соответствии с утвержденным сторонами графиком траншей, Администратор зачисляет на рублевый счет Инвестора в Российском банке российские рубли в сумме, эквивалентной первому траншу.
10. Получив банковское подтверждение о зачислении на его счет российских рублей, Инвестор зачисляет на указанный ему долларовый счет Администратора американские доллары в сумме первого транша.
11. Все последующие транши осуществляются в соответствии с Контрактом.
P.S. Инвестор готовит документы для открытия рублевого счета в указанном в Постановлении Правительства РФ банке (Перечень документов прилагается).
