what kind of help? Oct 8, 2005

It depends on what kind of help is needed and what the problem actually is.

I totally agree Oct 8, 2005

I agree with writeaway!
It really depens on what kind of question you have about Proz.com - if it is about problems quoting or answering or grading Kudoz questions, I normally ask directly the proz.com staff. With other kinds of questions, I go to the Forum...
Best regards,
Silvia

can't say Oct 8, 2005

Yeah, impossible to answer without specifying the type of help needed. For technical issues that clearly can't be solved by moderators I use the support ticket option. For kudoz/forum problems I contact moderators and so on.

The best support center... Oct 8, 2005

When we meet seemingly unsolvable problems, whe always go to the support center for help. All my troubles have been tackled there. Cathy, Patrick, Maria, Henry, Jason, and all other staff are very, very kind and professional.

Thanks to the ProZ.com team!
