How to open .mdf and .mtf files?

Hi,

I'm working on a remote Windows environment provided by the client to access their Trados. I'm not familiar with Trados though.

I was also provided two terminology files (in .mdf and .mtf) but how can I use them and open them with Trados 2021?

You can't and you are not supposed to open those files because they are just internal Trados files for termbases. What you really need for work is the SDTLTM (a translation memory) and SDLTB (a termbase) files.
