Problem with activation

Hello, I have problem to activate my Trados Studio 2019. I already tried to Log a Case, but it seems the button is not available. I need to reinstall Trados again after formatting my laptop after experiencing an error with the software installed.

Your help in this regard is highly appreciated. Thank you.
