Spanish term

(gallinas) camperas vs ecológicas

Non-PRO Spanish to English Bus/Financial Livestock / Animal Husbandry Poultry/Egg production
SPAIN. From a text about egg production in the EU. If "camperas" are "free-range", then what do we call "gallinas ecológicas "?

agree John Speese : I agree too, free range and organic are not synonymous. I believe organic hens have to be fed organic feed. Free range ones certainly can be, but do not have to be.
