Me pregunto si esto también es un error o existe:

Boiled potatoes tailings

Ya busqué tailings por todos lados y no lo encuentro.....

Explanation:
I don't think 'potato tailings' is common usage in English and anyhow it should read:

boiled potato tailings (with potato in singular).

I think these is refering to the skin of the potato

'Herb tailings' I've never heard of... It could refer to the stalks though.

So I would say it is not great English, but the above terms could be a solution.
